RETURNS & REFUNDS

Let’s make things right.

A clear policy before you buy

Live orders are currently disabled. The store owner must publish the final return window, eligible product categories, return address and shipping responsibility before accepting orders.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete items

Keep the packaging and contact support promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where helpful. Do not ship an item back until support provides instructions.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, method and timing are confirmed after the return request is reviewed. Cash on delivery refunds need an agreed repayment method. Personal care and hygiene items may have specific eligibility restrictions, which must be disclosed on their live product pages.
